The Foster School MBA Employer Advisory Board was formed in the Spring of 2001 as a way to involve our employer community with the Michael G. Foster School of Business (see Mission). It is an invitation-only group that represents our prominent employers. The Board was formed because the Dean and MBA Career Services wanted to hear what employers had to say about our processes, our students, and our curriculum. Additionally, we wanted to help our employers meet our students and become part of the fabric of the School. Several years later, the Board has become a critical voice in guiding our UW MBA program.
