Current Research
The role of leaders in instilling in followers a sense of responsibility to others in present and future generations; the effects of trust in leadership and management behaviors; how self-identity is shaped by ethnicity, cultural origin, and gender, and in turn, how it plays a part in shaping the perceptions, affect, and influencing the decision making of individuals within the organizational context.
