09/09/08 I am a non-student looking for at least one student team member. I have BSc of agriculture from AIN SHAMES University in Egypt. 9/25/08 I seek assistance in African policy and government (public sector), sustainable architecture in regulated utilities, business, and/or public policy implementation and administration expertise. My plan is to implement resources and management to build smaller-scale sustainable infrastructure within regulated utilities and water/sanitation sectors in Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA), through for-profit public private partnerships.
