Maximizing Results Through Effective Talent Management
Leading High-Performance Organizations equips leaders to maximize results through effective talent management. This interactive workshop is specifically designed for mid-level managers and executives who lead organizations with at least 50 employees under their direct reporting structure.
As a mid-level executive in a corporate setting, you’re often accountable for driving operational and financial improvements without the authority to make sweeping changes in policies, systems, or programs. While you search for the right levers to pull to achieve near-term performance targets and sustainable results, you are likely to employ familiar techniques such as financial analyses, market segmentation, or supply chain assessments to identify improvement opportunities. However, you may be overlooking one of your most powerful tools: leveraging existing Human Resources practices, policies, and techniques to drive and sustain higher performance levels. This course will show you how to combine classic financial, market, and operational levers with strategic talent management approaches to maximize your organizational impact and achieve lasting results.
